With more than a decade of experience in after e-commerce, banking, product-based companies, airlines, telecom, and staff augmentation companies, Amaresh is a self-confessed recruitment enthusiast who drives a team of equally galvanized professionals. Armed with an MBA in Human Resources, Amaresh has more than just a considerable command over pan-India hiring, talent management, project management, and brand building.
He has successfully crafted several student forums, ambassador programs, IPR programs and has even dabbled with legal and project-based MOUs. He has also filed two IPRs with the Nokia Research Center Team. As someone who relishes the possibilities that a blank slate provides, Amaresh has been credited with nurturing several start-ups before turning them into full-fledged and mature organisations. His passion for growing an organisation by lending his experience come through with all the projects that he has been involved with.
